OSCE Preparatory Program
OBA
The National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) is a standardized test that the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) has introduced to determine if a candidate is ready to be licensed as an entry-level nurse in Australia. This examination can be taken in most of the countries and is conducted by Pearson VUE NCLEX RN Examination.
LEAD College’s NCLEX review programs are designed in a flexible but high impact structure. As a LEAD student, you have the freedom to engage in a complete comprehensive discussion that aligns you to the basic expectations of global practice. If you are pressed with time, you can join our fast-tracked course, which focuses on developing essential skills.
The programs offer an extensive library of questions, books and references, live classes with an interactive activity and our most unique offering, a data-driven end to end coaching up until three days before your exam that’s available for both programs!
To top it all, you will be coached by a team composed of seasoned educators and international learning consultants who have supported the learning of more than a thousand learners and passers for the past 6 years from different countries across the globe.
Our Classes
We have two offerings fitting the needs of every nurse and their required level of preparation. We have a comprehensive structure for aspiring nurses who need a deep and rigorous discussion that aligns their practice to global standards. For those who are about to take NCLEX but are short of time, our ELITE preparations will build your critical thinking and decision making skills that you will need not just for NCLEX but up until OSCE and actual practice.
Our Instructors
Our trainers have a combined experience of 50+ years of experience across their exposure in international practice. Our main roster of trainers is composed of a clinical training consultant, former nursing program dean, an international nursing practice expert and a seasoned nursing educator for NCLEX transition. Our diverse team from the United States, Middle East, India, South East Asia and Australia trained hundreds of passers across all their supported programs.
Our Materials
Our approach is designed based on the latest NCSBN structure that focuses on critical thinking, evidence-based practice, clinical diagnostic reasoning and high-level awareness. This is a notch above the conventional nursing refresher courses that are currently available in the market. Also, our approach is reinforced in a structured coaching process that builds upon the students’ actual performance data, thus catering the preparation process to the student’s unique skill set and abilities.
